Administrators are adults who manage the hub. They can add/edit tasks, manage do’ers, approve payouts, and see activities. You can invite more admins from the 'Administrators' settings.
Yes. In 'Preferences' under Settings, you can rename your family hub, choose a custom currency label (e.g., ‘Screen Time’ or ‘Coins’), and even add an emoji to represent it.
Yes. Click on a do’er to see their personal activity history, including completed tasks, points earned, payouts, and overall stats like total earned and total paid out.
Activities is a timeline of all completed tasks and payouts across the whole family hub. You can filter it by tasks or payouts, and even delete items if needed.
Use the 'Share' function. You’ll get a QR code and a family pin code. Family members can scan the QR or enter the pin to join your hub in the app.
Each task has a value. When a do’er completes a task, those 'points' are added to their balance. Parents or administrators can later pay out these 'points' as rewards. You can set you own currency - 100 percent flexible.
A payout is when you convert earned points into a real reward. For example, if points represent screen time or pocket money, you can reduce a child’s balance when they ‘spend’ it. You can choose the amount and add a description (e.g., “1 hour screen time”).
Yes. Click the edit button next to any task. You can change its title, points, description, or emoji. Use the toggle to activate or deactivate a task. Deactivated tasks stay saved but won’t show up for do’ers.
In the 'Tasks' section, click '+ New Task'. Give it a title, set the number of points, optionally add a description or emoji, and decide if it should be active. Active tasks are available for do’ers to complete.
Yes. From the 'Do’ers' list, you can edit their details or remove them entirely. Removing a do’er deletes their balance and activity history, so be careful.
Go to the 'Do’ers' section and click '+ New do’er'. Enter their name, pick an emoji/avatar, and choose if they can complete tasks. Once added, they’ll appear on the list with their own stats.
A 'Do’er' is any family member who can complete tasks. You can add kids, parents, or anyone else in your household. Each do’er has their own balance and activity history.
Yes. You decide what points represent: screen time, pocket money, or even family privileges.
You cannot share specific tasks. But you can share the task view. There are two ways to dot it. In the administration you can use the share button to either send a link or have a device scan the shown QR code. Remember to share your family pin code aswell.
You can see all completed tasks in the activity section of the administration.
Deleting tasks is easy. Find the task you want to delete and click the edit button to the right. Here you will find a delete button. Rest asured that deleting a task will not affect previous completing - no one will be deducted if you delete tasks.
In the Tasks section of the adminstration you'll find the complete list of tasks. Clicking the edit button to the far right will take you to the task you want to edit. That's it. Easy Peasy.
In the Tasks section in the administration you will find a green"New Task" button on the top right. Click it and fill in title, emoji, value and if needed a description. You can also toggle whether the task is active or not.
There are two tiers. Small Family Plan and Family Plan. The Family Plan has no limitations, while the Small Family is restricted to 2 do'er and 10 tasks.
