Subprocessors & Third-Party Processors

Tasks ’n Chores (“TNC”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operated by TNC Group ApS, uses trusted third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to help us operate and improve the Service. These subprocessors may process personal data on our behalf, always under our instruction and subject to GDPR-compliant agreements.

We carefully select each provider and ensure that they provide adequate safeguards, including security, confidentiality, and lawful transfer mechanisms when data is processed outside the EU/EEA.

Safeguards

Each subprocessor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with TNC.
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)).
Subprocessors process data only to provide their service and never for their own purposes.

Updates

We may add or replace subprocessors as our Service evolves. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
